    A few weeks ago, I was invited to be a guest instructor at Mitch Korn’s youth goalie camp in Edina, Minnesota. It was obviously a great experience being back on the ice as a goalie coach for a few days, but more importantly, it was a rare  opportunity to learn from one of the best goalie coaches in the world, and from someone I consider a mentor.

  • Wild Development Camp: Johan Gustafsson

    On Friday morning at the Xcel Energy Center, five different groups of Minnesota Wild prospects hit the ice for their own one-hour training session. Each group included one goaltender, and each goalie spent the majority of the practice working with Wild goaltending coach Bob Mason.

Justin Goldman is the Director of Goalie Scouting for McKeen's Hockey and an NHL.com contributor. Since 2002, he has scouted hundreds of goalies in the NAHL, CHL, NCAA, and NHL. A former PHWA member (2006-10), Goldman also founded an annual charity adult hockey tournament in 2007, which has raised over $25,000 for Hockey Fights Cancer.
